Helio Reis

Helio Reis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems. Currently serving as the Head of CAFM at Mitie since September 2021, Helio is responsible for the strategic development and optimization of CAFM initiatives. Previous roles include Maximo Technical Architect at Arcadis Gen, Senior Infor EAM/Maximo Functional Consultant at Progressive TSL, and Manager of CAFM Event Operations for Expo 2020 Dubai. Helio has a robust background in managing large-scale CAFM deployments across the Middle East with Interserve International FM, overseeing over 30 contracts and 25,000 assets across multiple countries. With a solid foundation in IT project management and a commitment to continuous education, Helio is currently pursuing an MBA in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
