Jessica Degg

Jessica Degg, Chartered MCIPD, currently serves as an HR Business Partner for the BBC at Mitie since January 2021, following Mitie's acquisition of Interserve, where Jessica held the same title from May 2016. Previous experience includes roles as HR Manager at Interserve and Senior HR Advisor at Right Management from December 2013 to May 2016. Earlier in the career, Jessica worked as an HR Assistant at Atos and as an HR Administrator at Radis Group. Jessica holds an MSc in Human Resource Management & Business from Aston University and a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management & Sociology from Keele University.
