Redhika Putri is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, serving in various leadership roles including Head of Human Resources, HR Senior Division Manager, HR Division Manager, and Senior HR Manager. At PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, Redhika manages HR practices for the Fashion Division, overseeing a workforce of over 4,000 employees across more than 30 international brands. Previously, Redhika held the position of HR Manager for Marks & Spencer, managing HR activities for over 450 employees across 16 stores in Indonesia. Redhika's career began at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, where roles included Assistant Training Manager and Service Manager - Recruitment.
