Erik Mintz

Erik Mintz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Mobility Infrastructure at Mitsubishi Electric since April 2022, Erik is FAA Part-107 certified. In addition, Erik organizes TEDxBocaRaton, facilitating community discussions on notable ideas, while also being the founder of DealCoachPro, which enhances Enterprise Sales through strategic coaching. Prior roles include Senior Director of Market Intelligence and Director of Products at Constant Contact, where Erik shaped product strategies and market analysis, as well as founding e2M Systems, a web-based event management system company. Erik's early career at IBM included various programming and development roles. Academic achievements include an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and degrees in Civil Engineering and HydroGeology from Florida Atlantic University.
