Rodrigo Napoli

Rodrigo Napoli currently serves as General Manager and Sales Director at MJL Select since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Sales at FASANO from February 2020 to April 2023 and as Commercial Vice President at Resorts Brasil during the same period. Rodrigo has also contributed to the hospitality industry as an Advisory Board Member for HSMAI Brasil from July 2021 to January 2023, and as Director of Sales at GJP Hotels & Resorts from July 2018 to September 2019. Earlier positions include Commercial Director at Avianca Brasil from April 2012 to July 2018, Director of Sales at Sofitel São Paulo Ibirapuera from November 2008 to February 2012, and Corporate Sales Manager at Grand Hyatt São Paulo from March 2006 to November 2008.
