Mustafa Kayhan has extensive experience in technical management and facility operations, currently serving as Direktör Yrd. at MLPCARE since March 2019, overseeing the technical management of 33 hospitals and ensuring compliance with SKS and JCI standards. Prior to this, Mustafa held roles as Daire Başkanı & Koordinatör at Nişantaşı Üniversitesi, managing administrative processes for multiple campuses, and as Teknik Koordinatör at Mall of Istanbul, covering energy management across various shopping centers. Experience at Anel Group includes facility management for notable projects and procurement responsibilities, while earlier roles included project management at ENMAR Mühendislik. Mustafa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from İstinye University and degrees in Electrical Engineering from Yeditepe University and Marmara University.
