Joshua Krane

Joshua Krane is a legal professional with extensive experience in competition and foreign investment law. Currently serving as the Head of Competition & Foreign Investment at MLT Aikins LLP since December 2024, Joshua previously held the position of Partner at McMillan LLP, where significant contributions were made to the regulatory practice, highlighted by leading major M&A transactions and receiving recognition as the Competition & Antitrust practice of the year in 2024. Prior experience includes a partnership at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where Joshua provided legal counsel to various industries while addressing complex business issues and regulatory matters. Joshua's academic credentials include a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto, a dual Bachelor's degree in Civil and Common Law from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
