Deepika Damodharan

Deepika Damodharan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation. Currently serving as Program Manager and RPA Project Manager at MNP since November 2019, Deepika has previously held roles at HCL Technologies as Associate Manager and RPA Consultant, focusing on project management and presales within RPA/AI initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant at Infosys BPM and an internship at Cognizant, specializing in gamification and social design. Deepika holds a PGDM in Human Resource and Finance from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai.
