Menahd Ouchenir

Menahd Ouchenir is a seasoned digital transformation consultant with a focus on smart cities, currently independent at MO Explore since September 2024. Prior to this, Menahd served as Chief Information Officer for the City of Puteaux, where leadership was provided to enhance digital infrastructure within a dynamic urban environment. Experiences at Oracle spanned roles as a public sector subject matter expert and principal solution engineer, contributing significantly to Oracle's engagement with public administrations in France. As co-founder and CEO of Urbaine de Pyrotechnie, expertise in pyrotechnics was developed for event management. Menahd's background also includes elected city council member for communication and digital initiatives in Rosny-sous-Bois, technical presales consultancy at Experian Marketing Services, and project management roles focused on CRM and citizen engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in IT applied to company management from Université Paris Cité and a Bachelor's degree in communication technologies from Université Paris 13.
