Kirstin Botha

Kirstin Botha is an experienced human resources professional with a background in managing HR functions across various industries. Since March 2022, Kirstin has served as the Head of People at Mobalyz. Prior to this role, Kirstin was a Human Resources Business Partner at SA Taxi from April 2018 to March 2022. Between August 2012 and March 2018, Kirstin worked as the HR and Client Liaison at OFS Smart Repair, overseeing HR operations and facilitating communication with clients, brokers, and insurance companies. Kirstin began the career as an HR Consultant at Keystone Associates (South Africa) from September 2010 to August 2012. Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of the Free State, completed in 2009.
