In their previous role as Executive Director, Technology & Data at Morgan Stanley, Pramod successfully managed the Change The Bank program to centralize delivery management for the Technology organization. This included scoping, design reviews, implementation and rollout of a centralized delivery management tool to support Project & SDLC activities. Under Pramod’s leadership, the program delivered results in optimizing Run The Bank costs, improving application performance, and enhancing data quality and infrastructure.
Pramod has also managed and delivered process improvements for PMO, QA, Release Management functions. Pramod is a recognized expert in their field and has been published in multiple industry journals. Pramod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Mumbai University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur.
Pramod Chivate has a Ph. D. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University. Pramod also has a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Pramod has a certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate. Pramod also has certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. in Certified SAFe 5 Agilist and from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Finally, they have a certification from the Project Management Institute in PMP.
