Baptiste Vavdin

Baptiste Vavdin is the Co-Founder of Mobiskill, a French recruitment agency specializing in digital talent. Baptiste and their partner Jean Noel launched Mobiskill in 2010, and since then they have increased their workforce from 2 to 14 and placed nearly 200 digital talents per year.

In 2015, Vavdin co-founded YBorder, a European Tech recruitment platform powered by a network of professional headhunters. YBorder is designed to save tech companies time and money by providing access to a bigger pool of tech candidates living in different countries who are willing to move abroad. The platform now partners with more than 25 leading headhunting companies across Europe and provides talented tech candidates to more than 350 leading tech firms.

Baptiste Vavdin has a Master 2 in Marketing from TBS Education and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Coventry University.
