Sarah Tobin

Sarah Tobin is an experienced professional in defense and military operations, currently serving as the IAMD Exercises + Wargame Lead at the Missile Defense Agency with Mobius since June 2023. Previously, Sarah held positions as a Project Manager at Jacobs, and as a Line Instructor Pilot at L3 Technologies. While with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Sarah managed the Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense project at the Virtual Warfare Center. Additional roles include Chief of Wargames, Doctrine, and Lessons Learned at HQ Air Combat Command, Exercise Director at USCENTCOM, and various leadership positions in NORAD/USNORTHCOM. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communications and Aviation Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
