Annalisa Romano

Annalisa Romano has extensive experience in legal and corporate consultancy, currently serving as a Legal and Corporate Affairs Consultant at Moby S.p.A. since September 2016. Prior to this role, Annalisa worked as a Senior Lawyer in private practice and served as Head of Legal, Compliance & AML at Banca Leonardo, where responsibilities included legal advisory and compliance for business operations. Experience also includes an associate position at d'Urso Gatti e Bianchi Studio Legale Associato, focusing on corporate law and banking, as well as leading the Legal and Corporate Consultancy office at BSI Italy within the Banca Generali group. Annalisa holds a law degree from Università Federico II di Napoli.
