Adika Satsangi

Adika Satsangi is currently serving as the Group Financial Controller at Modaxo since April 2023. Previously, Satsangi held the position of Group Financial Controller for the Marine Group at Volaris Group from October 2020 to March 2023. Satsangi has extensive experience in financial management and taxation, demonstrated through roles as Controller/Accounting Manager at Syniverse, Financial Controller at Borges India, and various positions at KPMG India, among others. Satsangi has a strong academic background, including multiple advanced degrees and certifications such as Chartered Accountant (FCA), and has contributed significantly to tax structuring, post-merger compliance, and overall financial strategies, achieving notable cost savings and profitability increases across previous roles.
