I’m a professional with an engineering background and an MBA, able to bring a unique blend of technical acumen and strategic business insight to the table. My career has spanned various continents, from overseeing projects in the Oil & Gas sector across the Middle East, Europe, and the US, to working in corporate finance and business development in Europe’s major hubs.

I began my journey in the Oil & Gas industry, where I spent two years navigating the complexities of international operations. Following this, I pursued a full-time MBA that enriched my understanding of global business dynamics and allowed me to study in Turin, Paris, and Munich.

Post-MBA, I transitioned into a delivery management role at Microsoft, where I advanced to a regional EMEA controlling position. My career then led me to a pivotal role in my family business in Florence, which I successfully navigated through a reorg and a sale process. Today, I am a Business Development Executive at Modaxo, a division of Constellation Software Inc., where I am in charge of M&A activities in Southern Europe. My role involves identifying potential acquisition targets, assessing their strategic fit, and drive them through the initial stages of the acquisition process, including financial evaluation and the first part of the technical due diligence.

Fluent in five languages, I thrive in multicultural environments and am deeply committed to creating value through strategic growth and innovation. My international experience, combined with my love for travel and learning, has equipped me with a global perspective that I bring to every deal and project I undertake.
