Heather Cobb

Heather Cobb is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at MODE Transportation since January 2021. Previously, Heather held multiple positions at CompuCom from February 2012 to January 2021, including Human Resources Director, and contributed significantly to HR operations at Ericsson from 2007 to 2011. Heather's expertise encompasses performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement, alongside a solid foundation in marketing and client services from early career roles at First American Title. Heather holds a Master's degree in Human Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma.
