Jason Lam

Jason Lam is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and business transformation within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Transformation Workstream Lead at MODEC since October 2019, Jason is responsible for leading digital and business transformation initiatives. Prior roles include Project Interface Manager at MODEC, where oversight was provided for the EPCI delivery of the FPSO Almirante Barosso MV32, and Senior Project Engineer positions at McDermott International Inc. and SBM Offshore, focusing on construction, commissioning, and asset management of subsea and FPSO projects. Earlier experience spans project engineering roles at WorleyParsons and Airways New Zealand, emphasizing multi-discipline coordination and engineering design for complex systems. Jason holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
