Vasishtha Tandan

Vasishtha Tandan, GRP, CCP, currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards at MODEC since May 2024, and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors since June 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Maersk Tankers, where Tandan held various leadership roles, including Head of Rewards and Executive Compensation, overseeing global compensation and benefits programs and country HR responsibilities for Singapore. Tandan's career began at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, with roles in global strategy and efficiency, operations, and navigation. Tandan's educational background includes certifications in compensation and benefits from World at Work, executive education from Wharton and London Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science from the University of Mumbai.
