Theo Lim is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in investment, consulting, project management, and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Moderne Ventures since July 2022, Theo focuses on sourcing and diligence for technology investments in real estate and related industries. Previous experience includes a consultant role at Bain & Company, where strategic growth initiatives were developed for Fortune 500 clients, and earlier positions ranging from Summer Associate at Bain to Product Manager at Buildout, Inc., where significant improvements in productivity were achieved. Theo also played a vital role as a Project Delivery Manager at CBRE, overseeing numerous high-value projects, and contributed as a Commissioner for the Seattle Design Commission, evaluating public projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSE in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
