Brandon Odom

Brandon Odom is an experienced Training Consultant at ModMed since November 2024, following a distinguished tenure at Olansky Dermatology & Aesthetics from February 2012 to November 2024. During this time, Brandon excelled as a Patient Services Supervisor, managing the training, performance, and employee relations of over 15 staff members, while also ensuring proficiency in new technology and software systems including EHR/EMR solutions. Brandon played a key role in implementing COVID-19 office protocols and led the transition from AllScripts to Modernizing Medicine EHR. Brandon's early career included roles as Front Office Team Lead and Patient Technical Support Representative & Trainer, emphasizing expertise in patient services and technical support. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Clayton State University from 2003 to 2007.
