Lindsay Hawkins

Lindsay Hawkins is a seasoned professional in organizational excellence and strategic operations, currently serving as Group Chief Operating Officer at Modon since November 2023 and as a Board Member at ExCeL London since June 2024. Prior to these roles, Lindsay was Director of the Group Center of Excellence at ALDAR, where responsibilities included the establishment of the Center of Excellence function and governance across Aldar subsidiaries from March 2021 to November 2023. Lindsay's experience also includes leadership positions at Modon Properties and Teyaseer-AD, focusing on strategy, performance management, and operations for significant community development projects.
