Roko Kruze

Roko Kruze is an experienced leader in customer success and solutions engineering, currently serving as Head of Customer Success at Modular since November 2023. Previously, Roko held the role of Vice President of Customer Success at Redpanda Data from 2020 to November 2023, contributing to the company's growth by establishing teams in Sales Engineering, Customer Success Management, and Post Sales Engineering, as well as achieving a 100% proof of concept win rate and a 150% net revenue retention rate. Earlier roles include Director of Solutions Engineering at Cockroach Labs, where responsibilities involved customer evaluations and deployments, and Principal Sales Engineer at Cloudera, managing technical sales processes. Roko's career also includes positions at MuleSoft Inc, Composite Software, and a solid educational foundation with a BS in Computational and Applied Mathematics from the University of Washington.
