Dana Rollison, PhD, is the Associate Center Director of Data Science and Division Chief of Quantitative Science at Moffitt Cancer Center since April 2004. Rollison oversees the Departments of Biostatistics & Bioinformatics, Integrated Mathematical Oncology, and Machine Learning, and has established the Machine Learning Department. Rollison also leads the creation of Collaborative Data Services Core, providing access to patient data for research purposes. Additionally, Rollison serves as a Senior Member in the Cancer Epidemiology Program, focusing on cancer surveillance and precision medicine. In a corporate capacity, Rollison holds the title of Vice President and Chief Data Officer, managing Moffitt's data warehouse and analytics platform. Previous roles include Associate and Assistant Member in the Department of Cancer Epidemiology, conducting research on human papillomaviruses and cancer. Rollison served on the Board of Directors for NanoString Technologies and completed a PhD and ScM in Epidemiology at The Johns Hopkins University, along with a BS in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Spanish from the University of Miami.
