Judy MacHaria

Judy M.- CHRP-K is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a People Manager at Scale AI since March 2022. Prior to this, Judy held the position of People Operations Coordinator at Sama from April 2020 to March 2022 and worked as Human Capital Officer at Quickmart Supermarket between January 2019 and April 2020, having joined from Tumaini Self Service Limited. Judy also has a background in setting up HR departments and processes as the Human Resource and Administration Officer at Hygrotech East Africa Limited from May 2016 to January 2019. Additionally, Judy contributed to social services in the Child Protection role at ROTARY SAFE HOUSE from July 2007 to April 2016. In terms of education, Judy is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Kenyatta University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Psychology from Laikipia University and a Human Resource Management diploma from KNEC.
