Colleen Lamont, CHRL, CEBS, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong focus on compensation and benefits. Currently serving as Compensation Manager at Definity since May 2021, Colleen provides strategic compensation expertise to support an integrated Total Rewards approach. Prior roles include Human Resources Lead for Canada at Resideo Technologies Inc. from January 2018 to May 2021, and Human Resources Manager at Kemira from June 2014 to December 2017. Colleen's career began at Tim Hortons Inc., where various roles, including Manager of Total Rewards, helped shape extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR management. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph, a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from Dalhousie University, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
