Douglas Vogelei

Douglas Vogelei currently serves as the Vice President of Gaming at Mohegan Sun since December 2024. Prior to this role, Douglas was the Senior Vice President of Casino Operations at Sycuan Casino Resort from March 2020 to December 2024. Douglas has extensive experience within the Las Vegas gaming industry, having held various positions at The Venetian® | The Palazzo® from 1999 to 2020, including Executive Director of Casino Operations, Executive Director of Slot Operations & Loyalty Club, and Assistant Director of Table Games. Douglas began the career in the casino industry as a Table Games Assistant Shift Manager and progressed through several management roles. Educationally, Douglas earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 2002 and 2005.
