Deane Stokes

Deane Stokes, Jr., SIOR is a prominent real estate professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate advisory services. As Managing Partner at Mohr Partners since November 2013, Stokes provides strategic portfolio services to corporate tenants, including lease administration, site selection, and economic incentives negotiations. Prior to Mohr Partners, Stokes co-founded iCore Commercial, focusing on reducing operating expenses for small to mid-cap companies from January 2006 to October 2013. Stokes also served as President of Metropolitan Realty Associates from April 1994 to October 2013, specializing in tenant and buyer representation. Earlier in the career, Stokes worked with Grubb & Ellis Company and King Industrial Realty, representing industrial tenants. Stokes holds a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University and previously attended Auburn University.
