Floor Oostra has extensive experience in marketing, communication, and cultural advisory roles within the arts sector. Currently serving as a member of the advisory council for Marketing Drenthe, Floor also promotes the Holland International Blues Festival through MOJO concerts and manages marketing and communication initiatives at the Drents Museum, focusing on public campaigns and corporate communications. Additional roles include advising multi-year festival subsidies at Fonds Podiumkunsten and operating a consultancy, oost best. Previous positions include Coordinator PR, Marketing & Communication at Herinneringscentrum Kamp Westerbork, Editor for ESNS, and Senior Marketer for various music festivals at SPOT Groningen. Floor holds a Master’s degree in Modern & Contemporary Art from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor’s degree in Storytelling from Windesheim.
