Rekha Paleyanda

Rekha Paleyanda is an accomplished biotechnology professional currently serving as Vice President at Molecular Partners since October 2023, focusing on DARPin therapeutics. Prior to this role, Rekha held the position of Director at Takeda, spearheading Oncology business development efforts. At Servier, Rekha established the BioInnovation office in Boston and managed early-stage projects, while at the University of Massachusetts, leadership in technology commercialization activities led to the successful identification of new technologies and funding acquisition. Rekha also managed high-impact research alliances at Massachusetts General Hospital, co-founded American Integrated Biologics, and contributed to the development of biologics for rare diseases.
