Milton Parker is an experienced finance and auditing professional with a strong background in internal and external auditing, risk management, and accounting. Currently serving in a Risk & Controls role at Molina Healthcare, Milton previously held significant positions including Senior Internal Auditor at Richmond Public Schools and Church Accountant at Second Baptist Church. Milton's career also includes extensive experience as an Audit Manager and Team Lead at Virginia Premier, along with a role as an Insurance Auditor/Examiner at the Virginia State Corporation Commission Bureau of Insurance. Milton Parker holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Saint Augustine’s University and has developed expertise in financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and process improvement across diverse organizational settings.
