Tara Lewandowski

Tara Lewandowski is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in nursing and program management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Molina Healthcare since September 2023, Tara previously held the position of Lead Supervisor at My Choice Wisconsin from December 2021 to August 2023.
