Katie Brooke Green is an accomplished food industry professional with extensive experience in food development and innovation. Currently serving as Head of Food at Mollie's since July 2022, Katie's previous roles include Food Development & Chef Consultant at Green Seed Food Creatives, Head of Innovation at Mustard Foods, and Head of Food Development at The Ivy Collection.
