Dita Duka

Dita Duka has over 25 years of extensive experience in human resources and management across several reputable organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at MolPort since June 2021, Dita previously held a similar role at EY from September 2012 to February 2021. Prior experience includes working as Market Office Manager at Tetra Pak, where responsibilities encompassed HR, communications, and administration from November 2002 to January 2012, and as HR Manager at Arthur Andersen from September 1996 to July 2002. Dita holds a Professional Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the International Higher School of Psychology and additional education from Latvijas Universitate.
