Rhonda Duquette

Rhonda Duquette is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in labor and employee relations. Currently serving as the Director of Labor and Employee Relations at Molson Coors Beverage Company since September 2021, Rhonda previously held leadership roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including Head of Employee Relations for Assembly Operations and salaried bargaining units. Rhonda's background also includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Chrysler Group LLC, focusing on performance management and employee development. Rhonda holds a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from Michigan State University.
