Alayah G.

Alayah G. currently serves as the Senior Development and Special Programming Officer at The Museum of Modern Art since January 2023 and has been a consultant for Unfinished and Future Now since July 2022 and September 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes Program Director at The American College of Financial Services from October 2021 to August 2022 and Development + Special Projects Manager at Donors of Color Network from December 2019 to October 2021. Alayah also held the positions of Researcher in Residence at Community Justice Project, Inc. from 2017 to 2019 and Justice Fellow at the Equal Justice Initiative from 2014 to 2017. In 2013, Alayah was a Hilliard P. Jenkins Fellow at Frontline Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in African, African American, and Diaspora Studies and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with ongoing studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Cape Town since 2013.
