Vontilla Steven serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for The Americas at CDP since October 2021, previously holding the position of Senior People Business Partner. In this role, Vontilla Steven has successfully developed a new recruitment process and expanded the candidate pipeline from 0 to over 6,000 applicants, achieving a 2.5x increase in the average applicant pool. Experience includes positions such as Applicant Tracking System Consultant at BodyLogicMD, Head of Construction Recruitment at Penda Aiken, Inc., and HR Manager at the NY Governor's Office of Storm Recovery, among others. Vontilla Steven holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in History/American Studies from the University of Miami.
