Shy-Ann Arkinstall

Shy-ann Arkinstall is a graduate journalist at Momentum Media since February 2024, bringing a diverse background in hospitality and media. Prior experience includes roles at Jewells Tavern and Swansea Hotel as an all-rounder, focusing on customer interaction and ensuring a positive environment. Shy-ann served as a script writer at 2NURFM Radio, conducting interviews and editing audio for news bulletins. Earlier experience as a cash register operator at Woolworths Supermarkets further developed customer service skills. Shy-ann holds a Bachelor of Communication in News Media and a Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Newcastle.
