Kira Koopman

Kira Koopman is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in digital learning strategy and consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of L&D Strategy & Digital Learning at Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited since November 2020, Kira focuses on fostering a culture of learning through the implementation of online learning platforms and digital solutions. As the founder of Elevate Learning since September 2017, Kira collaborates with organizations to create customized learning experiences and programs. Previous roles include Curriculum & Learning Design Specialist at the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, Management Consultant at The SQN Way, and Head of Online Delivery at Red & Yellow School. Kira holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town and multiple qualifications in communication, education, and digital marketing.
