Sue-Ann Nicholls

Sue-ann Nicholls is a seasoned professional in employee experience and marketing, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Employee Experience at MoMo from MTN since July 2024. Prior to this role, Sue-ann was the Lead for Employee Experience and Culture at Makosi, where significant improvements were made through the implementation of employee listening tools and cultural engagement strategies. Previous roles include Senior Experience Associate at Interact RDT, Business Analyst in HR Remuneration & Reward at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, and various marketing positions in companies such as General Motors South Africa and AIRLAND. Sue-ann holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Nelson Mandela University and a Diploma in Rewards Standards from the South African Reward Association.
