Keith Roller

Keith Roller serves as the Sr. Director of Professional Services at monday.com, focusing on the growth and management of North America Professional Services, Onboarding, Partner Success, and Managed Services since October 2023. Previously, at Genesys, Roller delivered professional services with a notable margin on a ~$20 million P&L, while managing a matrix team of around 200 members. Roles at Afiniti and NewVoiceMedia involved leading the delivery of AI-driven solutions and building high-performing teams for customer success and managed services, respectively.
