Tal Rot

Tal Rot is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at monday.com since July 2023, Tal has previously held roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DriveNets and a Technical Sourcer at Meta, where responsibilities included sourcing and interviewing for senior engineering roles. At Gotfriends, Tal excelled as a Sourcing Team Lead, managing a team of 10 and significantly increasing placements. Additionally, experience at SQLink Group and Adam Milo involved sourcing for various technological positions, complemented by an educational background in Human Resources Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
