Denise Petonak

Denise Petonak has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the People Experience Lead for HQ & Corporate Functions at Mondelēz International since June 2003. Denise has held various roles within the company, including People Lead for Growth & Finance and Human Resources Manager for Categories & Corporate Functions. Prior to Mondelēz, Denise worked at Nabisco from September 1993 to June 2003 in positions such as Human Resources Representative and Diversity/Staffing Coordinator. Denise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Elizabeth University, earned between 1998 and 2005.
