Eduardo Gil

Eduardo Gil serves as VP - Chief Counsel LA and Diretor Jurídico - Chief Counsel Brasil at Mondelēz International since November 2020, overseeing the Legal, Integrity, and Security area in Brazil, which includes legal, compliance, privacy, and corporate security. Prior to this role, Eduardo was Executive Legal Director at UnitedHealth Group from June 2018 to December 2019, where significant innovations such as automation, Data Lake, and Visual Law were implemented. Eduardo also held the position of Legal Director at Amil from January 2017 to June 2018, focusing on legal support and regulatory litigation. Eduardo’s earlier experience includes roles at Souza Cruz, where as Head of Legal, Eduardo managed corporate legal affairs and achieved notable outcomes in strategic cases, and SC Johnson, where Eduardo was Legal Manager and involved in major projects including factory closures and new construction. Eduardo holds a JD from Universidade Candido Mendes, an Executive Development Program certification from Stanford University, and a specialization in Business Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
