Moustafa Tarek

Moustafa Tarek is a Customer Experience Specialist at Unilever since January 2023, focusing on managing North American customer replenishment issues and driving cost-saving initiatives through the development of internal dashboards for customer service KPI analysis. Prior experience includes roles as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Alexandria University and a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Henkel, where Moustafa managed a team of over 30 operators, conducted operational improvements, and led successful equipment integration projects. Experience also includes maintenance engineering at Henkel, implementing methodologies to enhance equipment reliability, and earlier marketing internships at Unilever.
