Birgit Höttl

Birgit Höttl is the Group Head of Employee Experience at Mondi Group, a position held since December 2008, where focus lies on enhancing employee engagement through positive journeys, continuous listening initiatives, employer branding, and sustainable people empowerment. Previously, Birgit served as Head of The Mondi Academy and Learning & Development, responsible for global training programs, strategic development, talent assessment, and driving digital transformation in learning. Prior to joining Mondi Group, Birgit held leadership roles at BEST Training and IT companies, with early career experience managing EU-funded projects at ÖAMTC. Educational qualifications include a Mag.phil. in Communication Sciences from the University of Vienna and an Advanced HR Manager certification from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems.
