Miriam Eleanor Higgins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Vita Select Joint Foundation and Founder and Principal of MiH Consulting GmbH, Miriam has held notable positions such as Global VP of Human Resources at SIG Combibloc and VP of People & Corporate Affairs for Liberty Global. Previous roles include Head of Talent Management at Mondelēz International and HR Director for Amcor Flexibles. With a strong educational background, including master's degrees in International Business and Systemic Coaching, Miriam has also contributed to academia as a lecturer and a founding board member of Advance – Women in Swiss Business, focusing on personal development initiatives for women in the workplace.
