Stev Gavriloska

Stev Gavriloska currently serves as People and Culture Manager at Mondiale VGL since January 2024. Previously, Stev held the position of Managing Director, Business Services (COO) at SWAROVSKI from December 2008 to March 2022, where significant growth was driven and a multi-year transformation was led, including off-shoring shared services. As Head of Human Resources for ANZ, strategic HR initiatives were executed to elevate operational performance. Prior roles include HR Operations Manager at Vinta Group Pty Limited and HR Manager at both Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust and Fashion Warehouse. Stev's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong and various leadership and management certifications, including an Accelerating Performance program from Hult Ashridge.
