Riley Vieira

Riley Vieira is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Grupo MAG since October 2022, Riley oversees various HR subsystems including remuneration, administration, and health and safety. Prior positions include Gerente de Projetos de RH at Level Group BR, Head de Recursos Humanos at SuperVia and Metrô Rio, and Gerente Geral de Recursos Humanos at Vale. Additionally, Riley has held HR coordination roles at Oi S.A., BP, Light, and Molson Coors Beverage Company. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Transformational Leadership Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
