Cortney Oswald

Cortney Oswald currently serves as the Staff Technical Program Manager for Security at MongoDB since July 2024. Previously, at SunPower Corporation, Cortney held the role of Principal Technical Program Manager for Security and Vulnerability Management, leading company-wide vulnerability management initiatives and developing scalable management strategies. Cortney's experience at Amazon included positions as Sr. Program Manager in People Tech and Sr. PM in AWS Security, where responsibilities encompassed strategic roadmap development, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of complex technical projects. A veteran of the US Air Force Reserve, Cortney contributed as a Senior HR Business Partner, providing guidance on personnel and operational readiness, and also has a solid background in security management from roles in the Air National Guard.
